I only needed my headlights replaced and a check up to make sure my car was running properly and smoothly. They updated me on everything I needed and every repair needed. They did a great job. And sent me a uber to go to the movies with no extra charge. While I waited for estimates and details. Best experience I had in a long time and definitely will be back.

Quick and professional

I have had several issues with my skid plate detaching from my front bumper. I had it reattach twice at Joyce Automotives.Totally my fault pulling into a parking space gets me every time..the second time one of the workers told me that "Toby said that I need to stay off the curb " I was like oh no he didn't..When Toby came to speak to me I was ready to give him a few kind words..However, when he smiled and showed them beautiful blue EYES I was done done done..Lol great job Team Joyce..see you next time I encounter another curb..

Our truck massively overheated on the way home from a family event and after two hours on the phone with our supposed roadside assistance, we finally called Joyce's on our own with exasperated desperation. The dispatcher was extremely helpful and sent an angel named Josh to come get us. The whole process was so easy and insanely cheaper than our roadside assistance was trying to do.

Joshua was very kind and took extra care of my car. I have a 2000 Corvette that sits low and has a front spoiler and he made sure nothing was damaged.

My tire blew out on the highway and Josh was quick to get to me. Really respectful and helpful with getting my car towed and taken care of!

Great experience from start to finish. First time taking a car to Joyce and I will definitely be back.

The price for towing my car was cheap, less than I expected. If you are looking for a great mechanic I will recommend it. They are fast and very professional, they will explain to you what they will be doing and who much will be, before they start working in the car. No surprises.

Went again to Joyce, and once again had a great experience! Can't imagine going anywhere else. Service and prices are amazing! It had a screw in it. When checking in I mentioned that we were new to the area. They completed the work quickly and when I went to pay, they said no charge!! Welcome to Lakeland!! I was blown away. Extremely friendly and quick. They are our service center now!

I went in for an A/C issue. Air was going in and out I spoke with Zane he listened to my issue, then he got with his team and an hour later, they had me back in action. I would like to thank you guys. I appreciate your hard work. And if I have any future issues with any thing mechanical, I'll be back

My 2010 Chevrolet Cobalt is good hands with Joyce Automotive. I wouldn't take my baby anywhere else. Great communication and clean waiting area. So where do you go for your car repairs and needs? If you don't go to Joyce you're not going to the right place.

I went in for a service on Good Friday because they were one of the only places open. They were super busy but very attentive. Special shoutout to TYLER. He was very helpful and patient with me as a 19 year old girl who knows nothing about cars! I witnessed another interaction with an erratic customer and he handled the situation really well & professionally.

Joyce Automotive took great care of me...had an issue with the shift cable on my Escape, and they completed the work and had me on the way home in a single afternoon! I will definitely be back for regular maintenance! Thanks Guys!
